Founder

NextCall Automation was founded by Taylor Bremner, an operations professional turned marketing and automation consultant with a passion for helping businesses work smarter. After years of working in operations and witnessing the strain caused by manual processes, Taylor saw firsthand how automation could dramatically improve efficiency, responsiveness, and overall service quality when implemented correctly.The inspiration for NextCall Automation came close to home. Through his wife’s work in property management, Taylor observed how inconsistent response times and follow-up from home service providers often led to frustration for customers and lost opportunities for businesses. He set out to solve that problem by helping service companies implement systems that improve communication, accountability, and client satisfaction - while also increasing booked jobs and revenue.At the core of NextCall Automation are values rooted in service, integrity, and excellence. Taylor believes that going above and beyond expectations isn’t just good business - it’s how long-term trust is built.
